Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources of DreamUs Indonesia, located in South Jakarta. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves implementing HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting organizational growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Skills in training and development, and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in South Jakarta
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the leisure and entertainment industry is a plus
