The Challenge
As our Rotating Engineer, you will be the technical authority on complex rotating equipment—from pumps and compressors to turbines. Your primary mission will be to ensure maximum uptime by developing robust performance standards and implementing advanced predictive maintenance technologies.
Key Requirements (What You Bring to TWI)
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a unique blend of field expertise, standardization knowledge, and data management proficiency:
Educational Foundation: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
Rotating Equipment Expertise (5+ Years): Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience centered on the troubleshooting and project management of critical rotating equipment. This experience must include a proven track record in developing comprehensive Rotating Equipment Performance Standards.
Data & Dashboard Mastery (3+ Years): Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience utilizing PIMS/FIMS (Plant Information/Facility Information Management Systems). You must be proficient in the technical workflow and data visualization techniques required to create high-impact Equipment Performance Dashboards.
Predictive Maintenance Systems: Demonstrable experience in the design, implementation, and management of robust Equipment Health Monitoring Systems (EHMS) to drive condition-based maintenance decisions.
