Role Description

We are seeking a Finance Administration Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role with travel opportunities across South East Asia (South Korea, China, Malaysia, Indonesia) The successful candidate will handle day-to-day financial tasks, accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting. The candidate will liaise with local consultants, accountants, and financial service providers in different jurisdictions to ensure compliance with international financial regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial administration, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with financial service providers and consultants in multiple countries.
  • Assist in managing company operations across different jurisdictions.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Handle financial transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Travel as needed to support financial operations and oversee international activities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in a second language is an advantage, with a preference for a
    European language
    .
  • Finance and Accounting expertise with experience managing financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with international stakeholders and consultants.
  • Experience with financial reporting and budgeting at both local and international levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Willingness to travel as required to oversee financial matters in different countries.
