Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist – GA Staff to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests and clients, manage calls and correspondence, and support daily administrative and office operations.

Responsibilities
- Support efficient and cost-effective procurement for operational and production support needs.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guest in a professional manner.
- Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, and others administrative documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement request.
- Arrange meeting room schedules, prepare refreshment, and ensure cleanliness.
- Support internal events and office activities as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by GA/Admin Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma in Administration/Management (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, friendly personality, and professional appearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Willing to support general administrative and office needs
