Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Act as translator (English Bahasa) and handle correspondence.
• Follow up on decisions and action items.
• Support daily operations, logistics, and administrative tasks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
• Female, with pleasant and professional appearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer operations.
