DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing a business operation that support and increase sales growth, market share, customer satisfaction, profitability and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating and operational activities.
- Identify new business opportunities in branch areas to support company growth
- Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties
- Implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Establish a good, professional relationship with the local carrier to ensure the company is getting the best possible rates and service from them.
- Develop the team's potential to be more competitive and professional
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management Transportation)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Branch Manager/Area Manager/Sales Manager, preferably in the freight forwarding company
- Experienced in sales strategy development, negotiation and market development
- Communicative, problem solving and customer relationship management skills
- Have wide business network and connections.
- Good command in English both Oral and Written.
- Willing to be placed in the Surabaya Branch
