Job Description:
- Analyze and propose improvements to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality in Motor Vehicle Insurance operations.
- Execute and monitor improvement projects to ensure successful implementation and alignment with performance KPIs.
- Supervise and control all operational activities, including complaint handling, to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Lead and manage a team of ±30 people, consisting of Coordinators and Surveyors across branch locations.
- Monitor and improve service delivery and processes in alignment with operational KPIs for Motor Vehicle Insurance services.
- Provide operational support at the
assigned branch location (Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung), ensuring branch performance meets company standards.
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar operational function.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung
. - Experience in financial services is preferred
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
