Key Responsibilities

Develop group financial strategies and policies in alignment with the Board of Directors’ directives.
Supervise the preparation of the group’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with financial standards.
Ensure the implementation of the Group Financial Reporting Template across all subsidiaries.
Oversee budget planning, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis.
Monitor the group’s tax compliance and provide advisory support for strategic transactions.
Manage treasury functions, including liquidity, financing, investment, and financial risk management.
Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and business strategies.
Maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial partners.
Lead the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to achieve organizational targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.
At least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
Experience in the same industry or business line is required.
Proven ability to consolidate financial statements across entities and manage intercompany cash flows.
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.
Tax Planning & Compliance: Ensure group-wide tax compliance, implement tax efficiency strategies, and handle tax audits.
Treasury & Cash Management: Manage liquidity, funding, investments, and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Financial Analysis & Decision Making: Analyze financial situations and provide accurate, data-driven business recommendations.
Fluent in English, required for external communication with banks, auditors, and investors.
