Award-winning executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a well-known Hospital in Indonesia, looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Manager (Core Infra, Cloud, Network and Servers) to further develop their IT Infrastructure. This job is located in Bali, Indonesia.

Job Summary

  • Develop and implement IT and cybersecurity strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to IT team members to foster a high-performance culture
  • Oversee the design, execution, and maintenance of the company's cybersecurity infrastructure
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses to identify and address potential threats proactively
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001)
  • Establish and enforce IT governance including policies, standards, and operational procedures across the business
  • Develop and manage incident response plans to efficiently handle cybersecurity events and minimize impact
  • Administer security technologies, tools, and protocols to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets
  • Manage core IT infrastructure including networks, servers, on-premise systems, and cloud-based platforms
  • Ensure IT systems consistently meet performance, availability, and security requirements
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of cloud-based solutions for greater scalability and operational efficiency
  • Oversee Helpdesk operations, ensuring responsive and effective technical support for end users
  • Create and improve Helpdesk policies, service procedures, and performance tracking systems
  • Direct the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Ensure seamless integration and support of IT systems with broader business processes
  • Manage IT budgets, forecast needs, and allocate resources efficiently to align with financial goals

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are considered an advantage
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, with focus areas including cybersecurity, cloud services, Helpdesk operations, and enterprise applications
  • Proven success in planning and delivering IT and security initiatives at scale
  • Strong leadership, communication, and IT project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, methodologies, and compliance standards
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proficient in network security, threat analysis, and incident management
  • Familiar with regulatory and standards frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
