What you will do:
  • Create diverse beverages menu
  • Effectively manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages or wastage
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
  • Implement strategies to upsell food and beverage items, maximizing revenue and contributing to the overall profitability
You will fit in this job if you:
  • Min. high school diploma, additional education/certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
  • Min. 2 (two) years of working experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably as a barista in cafe/resto/hotel setting
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with guests and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Ijen, Bondowoso, East Java
