We are looking for passionate and reliable Football Coaches to join our growing team at Total Football School & Total Play. Our programs focus on developing children ages 2.5–12 through football fundamentals, character building, and a fun, safe training environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate football sessions based on our curriculum.
- Work closely with children and create a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
- Teach fundamental skills, teamwork, discipline, and fair play.
- Adapt coaching methods for toddlers (Total Play) and young players (Total Football School).
- Communicate clearly with parents and the program team when needed.
- Ensure safety and a supportive environment at all times.
Requirements
- Experience working with children and the ability to engage them confidently.
- Football background—either coaching experience or having played competitively.
- D License or experience coaching children is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and field/class management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to weekend sessions.
- Enjoy working with kids and creating positive training moments.
- Coaching area: Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi
- NOT OPEN for coaches based outside Indonesia.
