Primary Job Role :
The
Quality Assurance Leader
is responsible for ensuring that all departments within the company adhere to established quality standards and procedures. This includes conducting regular quality checks on the work of the
Desk Collections
departments, as well as providing feedback and coaching as needed. The Quality Assurance Leader will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, and will collaborate with department leaders to identify areas for improvement.
Job Description :
- Conduct regular quality checks on the work of the
Desk Collections
departments. - Provide feedback and coaching to department staff to improve quality standards.
- Work with department leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Monitor and report quality metrics to senior management.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in desk collection team leader or 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance team leader or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Understand applicable standard regulations (AFPI-OJK).
- Have the ability to use Microsoft Excel or other applications related to QA tools.
