Requirements:- Holds a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marine Studies, Nautical Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crewing operations or a similar role in the maritime/offshore industry.
- Strong understanding of crewing procedures, maritime regulations, certification requirements (STCW, medicals, licenses), and vessel manning standards.
- Proficiency in crewing management systems, crew scheduling tools, and related documentation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle crew issues, emergencies, and operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills for effective interaction with crew, agencies, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple vessels, crew rotations, and urgent deployment needs simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
