The Role: The End-to-End Innovator
We are seeking a versatile and product-minded Fullstack Developer to join our mission. You are not just a coder; you are a product builder. You possess the unique ability to see the bigger picture, connecting the dots between a resilient backend architecture and a flawless mobile user experience.
Your primary mission is to rapidly deliver end-to-end features, owning the technical execution from concept to deployment. You thrive on turning ideas into tangible, mission-critical solutions with speed and precision.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Take full ownership of the feature development lifecycle, from technical design and backend API creation (using Python/Go) to crafting the mobile user interface (using React Native/Flutter).
- Lead the technical execution of new features within an agile squad, collaborating closely with product, design, and other specialists to ship high-quality work.
- Act as the primary technical problem-solver for your features, debugging issues across the entire stack to ensure seamless performance and reliability.
- Participate actively in code reviews, driving a culture of excellence and shared knowledge.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in both backend and mobile development.
What You Bring (Core Requirements):
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a full-stack capacity, with significant hands-on development in both backend and mobile/frontend environments.
- Strong proficiency in backend development using Python and/or Go.
- Strong proficiency in mobile development using React Native and/or Flutter.
- A powerful product mindset and the ability to solve problems across the entire technology stack, not just in isolated components.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
- Experience in a fast-paced environment building products or features from version 0 to 1.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
