Job Description :
1. Market & Brand Activation
- Execute offline events at workshop branches (e.g. open house, promos, community events).
- Execute field marketing activities such as community promotion and event activation.
- Establish and execute cross-brand collaborations to expand audience reach and brand awareness.
- Content & Social Media
- IP Development & Content Strategy: Design brand positioning as an IP, then create customized content strategy for TikTok & Instagram.
- Short Video Production: Developing content ideas, researching trends, writing scripts, performing in front of the camera, and coordinating with the team for video editing.
- Live Streaming: Designing live concepts, performing as a host or live director, managing the flow of the event, audience interaction, and answering followers' questions.
- Social Media Analytics: Analyze account performance (followers, engagement, reach), then optimize content strategy based on the data.
Requirements :
- Interest in the automotive world or have basic knowledge of cars.
- 1-3 years of working experience in social media management, content creation, or event marketing.
- Familiar with TikTok & Instagram, understand content characteristics, trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Highly creative in visual storytelling and creating engaging content.
- Confident in front of the camera, have good communication skills during live streaming.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Able to operate video editing applications (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software).
