Job Description About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bumi Pancasona Sports Club - Racquet Club (PT Satya Parahyangan Resort) in Bandung, West Java. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our on‑site restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and culinary experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant profitability, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Monitor daily operations, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to create and refine the restaurant’s menu offerings
  • Oversee the training and development of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Liaise with other departments within the resort to ensure seamless integration of the restaurant’s operations
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, pricing, and food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

Job Description About the Role

We have nearly 70 resorts, open in summer and winter, in 26 countries. We offer high‑end vacations in the mountains and by the sea. Our customers are looking for happiness and freedom. You are

You will
  • Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees
  • Assist the restaurant manager in the organisation of the service and the management of the resort’s restaurant teams
  • Ensure the quality of the welcome, the set‑up and the service in the dining room (600 to 1000 covers per service)
  • Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
  • Develop additional sales and participate in optimising the economic results of the service
  • Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment (PMH) and linen (tablecloths, towels etc.)
  • Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the resort’s assets

Responsibilities
  • Maintain good product quality with good service
  • Improve the skills, knowledge and behavior of all employees on an ongoing basis
  • Achieve agreed sales and profit targets for daily, weekly and monthly
  • Ensuring that all restaurant operations meet the standards of the principal and regulations of the government
  • Manage and ensure stock level and handle all service area in order to maxims sales
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor degree, preferable from Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as a Restaurant Manager/Leader in Quick Serve Resto
  • Understand about quality, inventory system and managing restaurant operations
  • Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment
  • Have a good strong drive and act initiative without being prompted
  • Have a good personality, communication and selling skill
