We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to design, analyze, and enhance our mobile & web applications and SQL Server-based system. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, create Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD), and ensure the successful implementation of system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
- Define workflows, data models, and system integration requirements.
- Design system architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Work with developers to implement Mobile & Web applications with SQL Server.
- Provide guidance on database structures, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Analyze, design, and optimize system functionalities.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing business applications and third-party APIs.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure functional and non-functional testing requirements are met.
- Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team.
- Present system solutions and technical designs to stakeholders.
- Provide training and system documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Support & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and providing solutions.
- Continuously analyze system performance and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
Expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Indexing, Performance Tuning).
Ability to create comprehensive FSD and TSD documentation.
• Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or related role.
Hands-on experience with system design, architecture, and database management.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
