Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct comprehensive market research on F&B, cosmetic, and nutraceutical trends across global markets
  • Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, interviews, and analyze existing research reports and statistical data
  • Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market conditions, identify new opportunities, and assess the potential sales of new products or services
  • Competitor Analysis: Research and evaluate the activities of competitors to understand the market landscape
  • Reporting: Summarize findings and present clear, actionable recommendations to management to influence marketing strategies and product development. Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments affecting natural building block

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Translate research findings into actionable brand positioning and innovation strategies
  • Collaborate with R&D team to develop new product concepts based on market opportunities
  • Manage the brand innovation pipeline from insight to commercialization
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics across all target markets
  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all customer touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in market research, brand strategy, or business intelligence roles
  • Proven track record in FMCG, ingredients, or related B2B industries
