Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job vacancies across multiple platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, university portals, etc.).
- Conduct CV screening, candidate selection, interviews, and related administrative tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with users and management.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track candidate status.
- Manage the candidate database and maintain a talent pool.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Handle office operational needs (stationery, office inventory, and facilities).
- Coordinate internal office activities (meetings, internal events, CSR programs, and others).
Qualifications :
- Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR or Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR administration processes.
- Skilled in conducting candidate interviews.
- Willing to work according to company schedule:
Monday to Saturday (Half Day on Saturday). - Able to multitask and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to handle responsibilities effectively.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Fully committed to following company workdays and working hours.
