Trade Marketing Manager (Channel Activation Manager) - Commercial Department

As a
Trade Marketing Manager
, you will be at the forefront of bringing our brand strategy to life across both
all
channels. Your mission is to drive
channel-specific execution excellence
, translate insights into impactful programs, and maximize our
commercial visibility and growth

Key Responsibilities:


Trade Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute integrated trade marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives, brand positioning, and customer/channel dynamics.


Channel Activation & Execution Excellence

Drive and oversee end-to-end execution of trade initiatives, promotions, and in-store visibility programs across GT and/or MT channels, ensuring timely and consistent rollout.


Performance Tracking & Optimization

Evaluate effectiveness of trade programs through data and field feedback. Collaborate closely with Sales to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness of trade plans.


Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Brand, Sales, and Distributor teams to align on trade priorities, support product launches, and activate key commercial moments throughout the year.


A&P Management & Budget Control

Ensure efficient management and utilization of A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets, maximizing value and minimizing leakage.


Forecasting & Demand Alignment

Support trade promotion and new product forecasting to ensure alignment with inventory planning and sales targets.


POSM & Visibility Development

Lead development and deployment of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), ensuring brand consistency and commercial relevance at outlet level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in
    Trade Marketing / Channel Development / Customer Marketing
    , preferably in
    FMCG or Beauty
    sector.
  • Solid commercial mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in
    fast-paced, high-growth
    environments.
  • Willing to Work From Office (WFO) in
    Mega Kuningan
    .
