Job Description:
- Responsible for the material and implementation of the training program as specified for both new and existing employees.
- Develop training materials according to the needs.
- Design effective training programs.
- Schedule training sessions based on the requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any major,
- At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer (preferably with a background in F&B or Retail).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence.
- Possession of a training certificate is a plus.
- Willing to travel out of town if required.
