HR Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

strategic advisor

What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
in an HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, transportation, or a fast-paced operational environment. - Broad expertise across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, People Development, and Industrial Relations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices in workforce management.
