About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tour and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) Consultant to join our dynamic team at PT. Ruang Jejak Tujuan, a leading travel agency in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Tour and MICE Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional travel planning and event coordination services to our diverse range of corporate and leisure clients.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and arranging customised tour packages for individual travellers and groups, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Coordinating all logistical aspects of MICE events, including venue selection, accommodation bookings, transport, catering, and entertainment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients
- Collaborating with the broader team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduated or minimum 1 years of experience in the tour and/or MICE industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism landscape, including destinations, accommodations, and transportation options
- Talented your people who like traveling and able to organizing trips, meeting, and seminars
- Proficiency in planning and coordinating all aspects of MICE events, from venue selection to on-site logistics
- Familiar in creation on social media and still unemployed
- Graduated of tourism school/academy/university
