JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor and control all manufacturing processes like EV assembly, battery ,motor assembly to ensure they meet the specified quality standards.
Use statistical tools like Cp, Cpk study to monitor production processes, detect abnormalities early, and improve efficiency.
Work with relevant teams & suppliers to improve quality, resolve any issues, and implement best practices.
Ensure that all raw materials and components delivered by suppliers are thoroughly tested and inspected before being used in manufacturing.
Conduct final quality checks and functional tests on completed EV bikes & batteries to ensure everything works as per the quality standard intended before delivery.
Conduct FMEA to identify potential failure modes in the design, components, or assembly process that could impact the quality or safety of the EV bikes & batteries.
Prepare a control plan to ensure all the critical processes are controlled with actions to avoid defects flown to the customer.

REQUIREMENTS

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or automotive environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects and inconsistencies.
Experience with quality control tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and testing equipment, is advantageous.
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.)
Proficiency with tools such as fishbone diagrams,7 QC tools, 8D Report, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), SPC,Cp & CpK.
