JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and control all manufacturing processes like EV assembly, battery ,motor assembly to ensure they meet the specified quality standards.
- Use statistical tools like Cp, Cpk study to monitor production processes, detect abnormalities early, and improve efficiency.
- Work with relevant teams & suppliers to improve quality, resolve any issues, and implement best practices.
- Ensure that all raw materials and components delivered by suppliers are thoroughly tested and inspected before being used in manufacturing.
- Conduct final quality checks and functional tests on completed EV bikes & batteries to ensure everything works as per the quality standard intended before delivery.
- Conduct FMEA to identify potential failure modes in the design, components, or assembly process that could impact the quality or safety of the EV bikes & batteries.
- Prepare a control plan to ensure all the critical processes are controlled with actions to avoid defects flown to the customer.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects and inconsistencies.
- Experience with quality control tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and testing equipment, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.)
- Proficiency with tools such as fishbone diagrams,7 QC tools, 8D Report, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), SPC,Cp & CpK.
