Responsibilities- Coordinate the effectiveness of management system performance through analysis of daily audits and planned internal/second party audits.
- Lead internal audits and second‑party audits (Supplier) to verify system compliance.
- Provide consultancy on implementing management systems across all functions to promote operational excellence.
- Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM) planning and execution.
- Validate the accuracy of procedures, work instructions, provide feedback, and control documentation, ensuring effective use of the ECDC application.
- Monitor and ensure all findings (OFI, minor, or improvement) are addressed with no overdue status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 in the petrochemical industry.
- Hands‑on experience developing and implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 within a chemical or olefin production environment.
- Experience conducting process, system, and thematic audits for production and utilities.
- Understanding of petrochemical processes, especially olefin production (ethane/propane via steam cracking).
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders and internal teams.

Senior Aviation Safety Management System SpecialistThis role is based in Semarang, Central Java, ID. The specialist will develop, implement, and manage the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS) ensuring compliance with national and international aviation safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage the SMS.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 19, EASA/FAA requirements.
