What You'll Do

As part of our HR team, you'll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace and supporting both our people and the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a full range of HR functions: recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations, HR administration, and compensation & benefits.

  • Keeping stakeholders updated with regular reports on candidate pipelines, talent mapping, and the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.

  • Supporting various projects and assignments that help improve the efficiency and impact of company operations.

  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee data in our HR information system.

  • Managing attendance and leave records for all employees.

  • Handling day-to-day general administration tasks such as office supplies, facilities, inventory, and liaising with building management.

  • Being the go-to person for employees' questions, requests, and concerns regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations.

  • Coordinating with external vendors when needed.

  • Providing comprehensive support to employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is not only skilled but also enjoys creating a great workplace experience. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communications, Law, or any related field (other majors are also welcome).

  • Proficiency in English (Chinese language skills would be a plus).

  • 2 up to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices (knowledge of Stocks/Investment is a bonus).

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and teams.

  • Hands-on experience in HR areas such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management (preferred).
