Position: BK AR Staff
Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements daily using XERO.
- Maintain client billing records and ensure invoices are aligned with project or service agreements.
- Handle document control, data entry, and client correspondence related to accounting and tax matters.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skill; written and verbal in English (IELTS test will be a plus point)
- 1 year of experience in an AR/Finance role
- A willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work (crucial)
- An interest in undertaking training and development to learn new skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
