We are looking for exceptional talent to strengthen our leadership in the heavy equipment industry for the following position:

Area Machine Sales Support
(Deputy Division Head)
(Code: AMSS)

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Engage management and instruct the Branch operation regarding the new machine sales from an efficient process (sales activity) perspective.

· Gather market demand and competitor activities across all segments (Mining, Construction, Forestry, Agro, Oil-Gas, etc.) for the covered region (East/West) and report to the Head Office.

· Achieve market share targets based on third-party reports and sales goals for all products, including sales volume and profit, through initiative activity or similar programs.

· Increase Branch sales in collaboration with the related Division.

· Monitor and guide the Branch's achievement of sales activity KPIs from General Sales Support.

· Engage the new product demand related to, prepare for the launch event, and follow up with customer feedback/Voice of Customer after launch.

· Provide training to improve the management skills of Branch Heads and Sales Representatives in sales through regular assessments and interviews.

· Managed all operational functions to support Branch activities (Sales, Product Support, Manpower, Facilities, Investment, Budget, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/bachelor's degree in any related major.
  • Senior Leadership: 8-10 years of experience as a Regional Head, General Manager, or Division Head.
  • Having excellent experience in the Heavy Equipment industry is preferable.
  • Driven by Challenge: Eager to take on new challenges and broader responsibilities with a strong commitment to continuous learning.
  • Collaborative Developer: Proven ability to build teams and lead effective cross-functional coordination to meet changing organizational needs.
  • Extensive knowledge in analyzing market trends and understanding heavy equipment dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding financial statements (e.g., Profit & Loss, Forecasts, Balance Sheet, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Have a firm grasp of fundamental safety principles and risk analysis methods.
  • Highly self-motivated, with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
