Qualifications :

Bachelors' degree in any major
At least 6 years team management experience
Experience in leading an organization (multiple depts/divs : operations, back office, HR, finance, sales)
Sales/Insurance, E-commerce logistics and operation background
Familiar with affiliate marketing
Planning skills (project management) and analytical skills
Logical and strategic thinking coupled with strong presentation skills
Proficient in Excel
Customer-centric mindset
Excellent communication skills both in local and English – able to present effectively in English to a wide range of audiences
A motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams
Versatile with strong personality
Good exposure in dynamic business conditions
