Qualifications :
- Bachelors' degree in any major
- At least 6 years team management experience
- Experience in leading an organization (multiple depts/divs : operations, back office, HR, finance, sales)
- Sales/Insurance, E-commerce logistics and operation background
- Familiar with affiliate marketing
- Planning skills (project management) and analytical skills
- Logical and strategic thinking coupled with strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills both in local and English – able to present effectively in English to a wide range of audiences
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams
- Versatile with strong personality
- Good exposure in dynamic business conditions
