Job Description:

  • Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets in Jabodetabek

  • Actively seek new business opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and utilizing various channels

  • Create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that reflects sales prospects and the sales process

  • Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received through emails, calls, and other channels

  • Prepare and present sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential in the market

  • Promote and sell a wide range of products, including food ingredients, flavors, and HORECA chain products such as syrup, popping boba, jam, etc

  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve superior results and meet customer needs

  • Initiate and manage projects with multiple teams such as Flavor Creation & Application, Marketing, and Product Development

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by a superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of at least 3 - 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the flavor industry, food ingredients, trading business, or HORECA chain.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel within the designated country as needed.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as the company does not have a local office in the designated city.
