Responsibilities:
- Perform interpretation and translation (written and verbal) for business documents, operation manuals, training materials, emails, and meetings involving Chinese, English, and Indonesian languages.
- Act as a communication hub within the team, ensuring accurate and seamless information flow between the China Headquarters management, the local Indonesian team, and store staff.
- Assist in supervising and managing the daily operations of designated stores within the region, ensuring compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the local implementation of marketing and promotional activities developed by the Headquarters.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Chinese, Indonesian, and English, with fluency in both written and verbal communication and the ability to perform accurate three-way translation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference will be given to majors in Business Management, Marketing, or Language studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, store management, or customer service within the F&B, bubble tea, retail, or FMCG industries. Candidates with bubble tea industry experience are preferred. Recent graduates with exceptional language skills and strong learning abilities are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong stress tolerance and multi-tasking abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and frequent travel between local stores.
