About the RoleIdentify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in international markets
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and secure contracts with international clients, optimising terms and conditions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and finance teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, any educational background
- Min 2 years working experience in sales or marketing area (corporate or manufacture company or building materials product would be an advantage)
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Mature, independent, tough, familiar with sales target achievement
- Good interpersonal skill, good attitude towards other with good communication skill and able to maintain relationship with internal and external party
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English is a must
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English
- Experience in building materials or related industries
- Familiarity with international markets
