Job Purpose
To act as the
front-line representative
of Captain Group, providing a professional and welcoming experience for guests, partners, and internal teams, while supporting administrative and HR functions across all business units under the holding. This role ensures that the
office runs smoothly
, documents are managed efficiently, and corporate standards of hospitality and compliance are maintained.
Job Desk
Front Office & Corporate Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for Captain Group — greeting guests, clients, and partners in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage visitor registration and notify relevant departments / business unit promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, packages, couriers).
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries for the holding office.
- Maintain a
neat, organized, and professional front-office area
that represents the Captain Group brand. - Assist in preparing meeting rooms (documents, beverages, media setup).
- Support internal and external meetings, events, or visits by ensuring logistics readiness.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate filing systems for corporate documents (contracts, agreements, permits, licenses).
- Prepare and organize digital archives on Google Drive for easy retrieval across departments.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and company assets — ensuring availability for all departments.
- Coordinate deliveries, vendors, and office maintenance schedules.
- Support Finance & Operations in preparing physical documentation (invoices, petty cash receipts, letters).
- Help with document control during audits or investor reporting cycles.
HR Administrative Support
- Support HR operations across business units under Captain Group
- Maintain up-to-date employee data, attendance records, and leave tracking.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (preparing documents, company accounts, access cards).
- Prepare HR letters such as employment verification, warnings, and confirmation letters.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all HR data and personnel records.
- Coordinate company-wide HR initiatives (training, employee gathering, employee engagement).
Facility Coordination
- Oversee general office maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene through third-party support or internal staff.
- Ensure meeting rooms, pantry, toilet, and pet-friendly zones are maintained according to company standards.
- Report facility issues promptly to management or vendors for repair and upkeep.
- Ensure corporate signage, reception visuals, and displays are up to Captain Group brand standards.

- Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
