Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, and preferably willing to be placed in Karawang Area.
• Min. 2 year experience in adult training or sales supervisor, and preferably from financial, banking, insurance, retail or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs both online and offline.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, animation, cropping, etc).
• Familiar with basic Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
• Willingness to work in office and field.

Job Description

• Developing and implementing training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders using various methods to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborating with Sales Network leaders to ensure that partners are well-informed about Home Credit Indonesia products and processes.
• Monitoring area Sales Network KPI performance and working with Sales Network leaders to develop programs for Sales Agents and District Managers (Supervisors).
• Promoting self-learning through learning management system for Sales Network members.
• Supporting the implementation of company initiatives at the area level.
