About the Role

We are looking for a Manager with strong leadership, operational, and communication skills to support our growing F&B business. This role requires hands-on experience in kitchen operations, cross-department coordination, and people management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in the kitchen and central kitchen (CK)
  • Manage scheduling and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
  • Support training, outlet development, and operational execution.
  • Handle tasks under pressure while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Work experience in the F&B industry minimum 2-3 years
  • Strong schedule management skills.
  • Proven cross-department coordination and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress.
  • Strong communication and understanding skills when working with senior management.
  • Knowledge of cooking, CK operations, training, outlet development, and kitchen management.
  • Hands-on experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, execution, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Detail-oriented, attentive, and sensitive to small issues.
  • Experience as a Manager or Secretary.
  • Practical experience in F&B is highly preferred.
