Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact between customers and the service team
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
• Prepare service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain customer approvals
• Monitor service progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive service or customer service roles
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum IELTS score 4.5 (for work visa eligibility)
• Willing to relocate to Port Hedland, Western Australia
