  • Manage and organize the schedule, meetings, and business trips of the management.
  • Assist in coordination and communication with customers, including meeting arrangements, production progress updates, and follow-up on buyer requirements
  • Prepare and review documents related to production or projects.
  • Act as a bridge between management and internal departments.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information
  • Support management in handling special projects and ensure activities are completed according to timeline.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimun 2 years of experience in footwear manufacturing (preferred).
  • Management knowledge (planning, executing, strictly following orders, etc).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional attitude, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
