- Manage and organize the schedule, meetings, and business trips of the management.
- Assist in coordination and communication with customers, including meeting arrangements, production progress updates, and follow-up on buyer requirements
- Prepare and review documents related to production or projects.
- Act as a bridge between management and internal departments.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information
- Support management in handling special projects and ensure activities are completed according to timeline.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimun 2 years of experience in footwear manufacturing (preferred).
- Management knowledge (planning, executing, strictly following orders, etc).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
