What You’ll Do- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Solve Education!\u2019s reach across schools, universities, corporates, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Balance B2B partnership sales (corporates, sponsors, institutions) with direct program sales (schools and universities).
- Use CRM systems and data-driven insights to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, sponsors, government offices, and educational institutions.
- Prepare and deliver customised pitches, proposals, and partnership presentations.
- Negotiate and close agreements that align with Solve Education!\u2019s mission and values.
- Represent Solve Education! in events, sponsorship meetings, and education-related forums.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and program teams to align offerings with client/partner needs.
- Introduce modern sales processes that improve team productivity and client engagement.
- Contribute to organisational growth strategies by providing market insights.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and KPIs.
- Use data to refine approaches, identify opportunities, and strengthen market positioning.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Explore tools that improve sales workflows and client engagement.
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. - Work Experience
(at least one of the following) - Proven experience (3–5 years) in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Track record of successfully managing corporate partnerships (B2B, sponsorships) and direct institutional sales (schools/universities).
- Experience leading sales teams and achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on sales execution.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Other Requirements
Based in Bandung or willing to relocate to Bandung. - Willing to travel across regions to meet clients, schools, and partners.
- Additional (Bonus)
Experience in the edtech, NGO, or education sector. - Familiarity with corporate CSR, sponsorship models, or government engagement in education.
- Openness to adopting new technologies that support sales effectiveness.
