Responsibilities :

Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer related machinery lubrication and conduct selling process.
Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, make visit plan at least 4 customers per day.
Report activity on daily basis (web based).
Responsible to perform feasibility study and develop pre-proposal from technical perspectives.
Responsible and accountable to define application, usage, and core product requirements.
Responsible to understand project needs related lubrication.

Qualifications :

Active, energetic & highly motivated
Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Mechanical/Engineering related field Industrial or lubrication experienced preferred (minimum 2 years) and having experience in sales
Hard worker, honest, having strong will and motivation to learn and grow
Market penetrating ability and excellent at maintaining strong relationship with customers
Proficient in English
Valid Driver's License (A)
Basic Computer skill is a must
Male or Female with maximum 36 years old
Fresh graduate are welcome
Preferred candidates living in these area: Surabaya (East Java area)
