As Manufacturing Plant Human Resources Manager, you will collaborate across Business Centers to deliver value-added HR services to both management and employees. These services will support key business goals through initiatives such as talent management, HR program development, recruitment, behavioral and compliance frameworks, total rewards and performance management, as well as employee and industrial relations. Your role will also focus on ensuring efficient, cost-effective administrative operations and service delivery—while upholding the highest standards of employee experience and engagement.
What You’ll Do- You implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall human resources functions and processes for manufacturing such as recruitment, remuneration, welfare & benefits, people development, talent management/succession planning, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, including administrative functions.
- You will support and liaise with other functional/departmental heads to understand all required HR strategies and actions, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements in accordance with company objectives and targets.
- You will act as a partner to line management, seeking solutions and improvements in existing processes, optimizing communication flows inside the Manufacturing Team, and working with line management to maximize workforce performance: increase productivity, eliminate waste, and improve people’s morale.
- You will manage, implement, execute and promote employee relations by working with unions and employee committees, focusing on employee safety and health, all employee activities, and labor issues.
- You will implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall employees’ training and development programs to support the quality of personnel and meet the company’s job competency requirements.
- You will implement and manage compensation and benefits for manufacturing associates, payroll processes, payroll reporting and analysis, payroll issues, maintain employee records, and assist employees in understanding and evaluating participation in these programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science or other related fields.
- 7 years or more of solid HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in HR-related knowledge.
- Full spectrum of HR & Administration functions; recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance & talent management, succession planning, payroll & salary review.
- Detail-minded, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
