Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located across multiple project sites in Indonesia for the role of Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising daily operations at the project site, monitoring project progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing structural and technical drawings, conducting site assessments, and implementing quality control measures to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets specifications.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the management of particular construction work during the execute phase of the project. Construction and testing activities carry out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner. Ensure project construction budget under teir responsibility - both cost and bill of quantity meet with the budget plan
  • As part of construction management team, they responsible in development of the key document of the construction - Project Execution Plan and Subcontract Plan by providing particular detail plan, where both of particular detail plan have to be develop efficiently and meet with the project purposes. Construction Engineer have to ensure all both plan have complied with the project requirement and TRIPATRA's guide line (procedure, WI and Form)
  • Responsible in development of the discipline work pack construction plan include mobilization schedule and developing if the responsibility matrix for each work pack and liaison with the others party/ department (materials, tools, and deliverables)
  • Support implementation of project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and discipline-specific QA/QC procedures at site.
Requirements
  • Minimum Barchelor Degree (S1) in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Oil & Gas in EPC Company / EPC Project (Onshore and Offshore) and also have a work experience in fabrication yard
  • Having good knowledge in construction management, project management, project risk and able to perform risk assessment and prepare initial risk register.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Fabrication or Site area

Automation Project Engineer (1-year contract)

As a Automation Project Engineer with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavour industry, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of automated systems that optimize manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure consistent product quality. By leveraging advanced technologies and cross-function collaboration, the Automation Project Engineer aims to drive innovation, ensure equipment reliability, and support sustainable production practices in alignment with organizational goals.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Design, develop, and commission automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, etc).
  • Select appropriate hardware and software solutions to meet production needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, throughput, and quality through automation.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies using automation tools.
  • Provide technical support for automated systems during and after project executions.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in control systems and equipment.
  • Ensure all automation systems comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support safety system design (e.g., safety PLCs, interlocks)
  • Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, wiring diagrams, and validation protocols (SOP, IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Report project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and IT teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly.
  • Train operators and maintenance personnel on new systems and technologies.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in industrial automation, IIoT, and Industry 4.0.
  • Propose innovative solutions to keep manufacturing processes competitive and agile.
  • Working with vendors and internal Subject Matter Experts to ensure the right automation solutions are deployed with the appropriate degree of integration and follow Givaudan standards.
  • Liaise with CoE Engineering internal functions as well as IM&S and divisional functions to ensure standards are applied to new projects.
  • Support site local team technology migration and integration with Givaudan ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance and enforcement of company, safety, environmental, governmental policies and regulations as they apply.

  • Certified of Lean/TPM/Six Sigma, GAMP.
