About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Sales to drive business growth by developing and closing opportunities within IT infrastructure solutions. This includes servers, storage, networking, cloud solutions, data center technologies, and IT security.

The role serves as the primary interface between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring proposed solutions meet client business needs while achieving revenue and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Solution Engagement

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POCs to showcase proposed solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including BOMs, compliance matrices, and solution architectures.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate and competitive input.

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to secure competitive pricing and quality products.

Brand Development

  • Promote products and services, enhancing visibility and brand positioning in the IT infrastructure market.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure sales, preferably in data center environments.
  • Strong networking and customer relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of network administration and network security.
  • Ability to conduct technical presentations and engage in solution-based selling.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal development and bid management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or with a team.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work fully onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Available to join ASAP.
