Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead high-performing creative strategies specifically tailored for TikTok .
  • Supervise and mentor the Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, and Videographer teams.
  • Translate viral trends into valuable brand content that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Oversee content planning, concept development, and storytelling to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to align content strategy with commercial targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, and TikTok algorithm changes to optimize content direction.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and maintain a creative, collaborative team culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on beauty and cosmetics trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
  • Ensure all content meets platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio in TikTok content creation.
  • Proven background in the FMCG, body care, beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, algorithms, audio trends, and visual styles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising content creators and production teams.
  • Strong creative vision, with the ability to balance aesthetics and performance-driven content.
  • Ability to spot viral trends early and repurpose them into strategic content ideas.
  • Proficient in content planning tools, TikTok analytics, and basic video editing is a plus.
  • Highly adaptable, innovative, and passionate about digital culture and storytelling.
