Job Responsibilities:
1.Support project management throughout product development and delivery phases, facilitating the achievement of project objectives in schedule, quality and cost control;
2.Monitor project milestones and deliverables, maintaining progress records and providing timely updates;
3.Oversee equipment installation, commissioning progress, issue resolution tracking, and acceptance procedures;
4.Demonstrate risk identification capabilities by recognizing, analyzing and evaluating project risks, while collaborating with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies;
5.Supervise documentation output at each project phase, ensuring its completeness and compliance with standards;
6.Coordinate resource allocation among different projects and manage inter-project conflicts.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with proficiency in both English and Chinese/Mandarin as working languages;
2.Proactive, responsible, and resilient under pressure; strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills; team player with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively;
3.Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities, able to collaborate with teams to analyze and resolve issues systematically;
4.Educational background in Project Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Motion Control; Master's degree preferred;
5.Experience in non-standard automation equipment project management and familiarity with project management processes is a plus;
6.Prior experience in multinational companies or internships is preferred;
7.PMP certification is a plus.
