What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic
Social Media Content Creator based in Bali
to be the visual voice of our resort. Your primary responsibility will be to produce stunning, engaging video content (Reels, Instagram Story, Instagram Feeds, Video Ads) that brings the Khastana Hadi experience to life. You will manage the entire content creation process — from conceptualizing and shooting to editing and posting — to grow our brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
    Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality, short-form video content (Reels, Instagram: Stories & Feeds) showcasing the resort, its amenities, and the guest experience.
  • Ad Creative:
    Develop and edit compelling video assets specifically for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Post-Production:
    Expertly edit footage using
    CapCut
    , including color grading, audio mixing, and adding text/graphics to align with our brand identity.
  • Visual Storytelling:
    Translate the essence of our brand into powerful narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay ahead of the curve on social media platform trends, new features, and algorithm changes, particularly within the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A genuine passion for social media content creation and digital storytelling.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in
    videography
    and
    photography
    .
  • Expert-level proficiency in mobile video editing, specifically
    CapCut
    .
  • A great eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual detail.
  • Knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram and YouTube) and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Basic graphic design skills are a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Bonus Points:
    Previous experience in the hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle industry.
