Finance Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts, reviewing financial results for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into the organization's performance.
• Monthly submission of financial template to HQ
2. Cash Management:
• Plan and manage the organization's cash position, including cash flow projections.
• Monitor and optimize cash balances, ensuring efficient fund utilization.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Collaborate on the preparation of budgets and forecast estimates for Headquarters.
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
4. Tax Compliance:
• Liaise with tax agents, review tax computations, and ensure the timely submission of tax returns.
• Implement accounting policies and internal control procedures to ensure compliance.
• Prompt monthly submission for local tax authority submission.
5. Audit Coordination:
• Coordinate with auditors during the annual audit, reviewing audit schedules and preparing necessary documentation.
• Implement audit recommendations and ensure financial compliance with local and provincial audit requirements.
6. Document and Government Submissions:
• Manage the submission of government documents (Faktur Pajak, submission of Kerjasama Operasi, Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI)) especially for pre-shipment inspections, import duties, etc.
Human Resource & Administrative Responsibilities
- Staff Onboarding:
• Assist in the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
2. Leave and Expense Management:
• Administer staff leave and expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements related to human resource functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Familiarity with human resource management processes.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and HR management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English
