Role Description
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative Agile culture within the team.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization activities.
- Define project scope, timeline, budget, and resource plans.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Provide regular project status reports, escalate issues as needed, and maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably in banking or financial services sectors.
- Proven track record working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
- Good understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks within the banking sector.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month contract, onsite in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
