Role Description

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative Agile culture within the team.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization activities.
  • Define project scope, timeline, budget, and resource plans.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Provide regular project status reports, escalate issues as needed, and maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably in banking or financial services sectors.
  • Proven track record working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
  • Good understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks within the banking sector.
  • Willing to commit to a 6-month contract, onsite in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
