Responsibilities:
• Maintain, update and validate daily campaign operational data from multiple sources and trackers.
• Conduct experiment analysis to identify performance trends, learnings and next action.
• Monitor key metrics and highlight anomalies or growth opportunities.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly reports to support team decision-making.
• Build and maintain campaign sheets or trackers for monthly and yearly performance.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency by updating dashboards and trackers with verified information from the QC or relevant operations teams.
• Keep all trackers and reporting tools consistently updated and aligned with real-time progress.
• Collaborate with Ops Leads to design data-based action plans, A/B tests, and performance experiments.
Requirements
• Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret large datasets into clear narratives.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel, and familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools.
• Comfortable presenting findings and recommending data-driven actions to non-technical teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, care about data accuracy and daily cadence.
• Previous experience in Data, Analytics, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Data Studio, or dashboarding tools is a plus.
