Role Overview:
This role will support the Academic Operations team in building a strong pool of Math teachers (for students aged 3–12 years).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Academic Ops team to define hiring needs and criteria for Math teachers.
- Screen applications and shortlist
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds (subject knowledge, demo classes, HR).
- Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring metrics (e.g., turnaround time, offer acceptance rate).
- Conduct reference checks and manage onboarding documentation.
- Collaborate with Training Ops to align hiring with training needs.
- Ensure hiring quality by assessing familiarity with early childhood education, pedagogy, and math teaching approaches.
- Maintain compliance with academic standards and organizational goals.
Requirements for this Role:
- Bachelor's degree (Math Education/Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in teaching young children (3-12 years old).
- Experience in teacher recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with early childhood education and math pedagogy (preferred).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with teacher hiring processes (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple hiring drives simultaneously.
