- Handle administrative, operations and services to support Business-to-School (B2S) project related to student and/or lecturer service.
- Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student-teacher attendances, etc.
- Provide assistance and information on product features.
- Support and ensure information of learning process services.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Creative and pro-actively come with improvement ideas
- Collaborate with all stakeholder (school partner, business, commercial, regional, etc.) to achieve better results
Job Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Former business / operations / sales experience preferred
- Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs
- Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
